Does your family need a quick nutritious meal? My tuna salad will hit the mark! Bullseye!

Tuna is a delicious fish that has an impressive content of protein, vitamins, and minerals. It's packed with DHA and EPA both essential for your body.

This salad has a balanced healthy fat to protein ratio and the veggies give it another depth of flavor. The tasty salad is made powerfully to bring a nutrient dense meal your entire family will ask for over and over.

Directions:

1. Boil the 3 eggs. Peel and dice. Place in a medium bowl.
2. Open the tuna cans and drain the water off. Mash and place in the bowl with the hared cooked eggs.
3. Add in the carrots, red cabbage, onion, and parsley.
4. Add in enough mayo to your palette's taste. Start slow and add in more as you desire.
5. Salt and pepper to taste.

Variations: I like to serve this on a bed of crunchy lettuce to make tuna lettuce wraps. Try adding in sliced almonds for another depth of flavor and crunch.

Note: Whenever possible, I use all organic ingredients.
