This is so, so, so very pretty on a plate! It'll add a bouquet of color to enhance your families hunger palet. So easy.
Place shredded cabbage, carrots, green onions, and parsley in a large salad bowl. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, zest, honey, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined. Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
Taste for seasonings and adjust accordingly. For presentation, garnish with a little bit more chopped parsley.
