Pumpkin Spice Pudding

 1 ½ cups cooked pumpkin
 1 banana
 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
 ¼ cup organic hemp hearts
 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
 2 tsp pumkin pie spice
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 ½ tsp cinnamon

On an Autumn day, this is a delightful and guilt-free dessert. For a bit of indulgence, add roasted chopped walnuts to the top or warm pecans for a nice crunchy topping. And why not a dollop of pure whipped cream!

Combine pumpkin, banana, almond milk, organic hemp hearts, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla in a blender or food processor. Blend on high until smooth for about 1 minute. Chill for 30 minutes or longer.
