½ Banana
½ cup Pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp Hemp hearts
1 tbsp Flax seeds or Chia seeds
1 Small handful of spinach
½ cup Full fat yogurt (no sugar)
1 cup Water to desired texture

This is one of my very favorite smoothies. It is delicious and satisfying. Very pretty to serve at a brunch party alongside all your favorite breakfast items.
Add all ingredients into your favorite blender. Mix well. Pour into a pretty glass. Add extra pomegranates to the top of the smoothie for a pretty display. Enjoy.
I use all organic ingredients as much as possible.
