Here is another great recipe to support a quick "pick-me-up" during your day. These protein bites are fast and easy to make. My sweet daughter-in-love gave me the recipe. My oldest grandson asks for more, more, more! I hope your family enjoys these delightful protein packed snacks.

These peanut butter bites can be a food that supports and boosts metabolism and fat loss if you consume them as part of a proper balanced diet. They are protein packed and delicious. I am going to emphasize using an organic peanut butter with no added sugar for the healthiest bites. Alternative nut butters, like almond butter, may be easily substituted.

Directions:

1. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together.
2. Roll into 2 inch balls and set onto waxed paper.
3. Top with a little of the sea salt if so desired.
4. Before eating, allow them to firm in the refrigerator.

These are easy to freeze. I place them into quart freezer bags lining them up like soldiers three to a line. Don't pile them on top of each other. Pull them out for a fast snack. These thaw in mere moments.

I use all organic ingredients whenever possible.
