Cucumber Green Drink

Yields1 Serving

 2 Green apples
 2 Small cucumbers
 4 Stalks of celery
 2 Handfuls of spinach
 1 Juice from a fresh lemon (add zest if you like)
 12 tsp Fresh ginger (add more to taste)

This is delicious anti-inflammatory drink. A digestive reaction to this green drink may mean that your gut needs a little extra TLC to strengthen your microbiome. Enjoy the fresh clean taste!

Peel the skin off the cucumbers (or leave it on if you like). Clean all the fruit and vegetables.
Place all the ingredients into your favorite blender. Blend and enjoy!
