Today Gluten-free flour is expensive and you don't get very much bang for your buck. I've made a blend that is so much more cost effective. My DYI flour blend is perfect for all your best baked goods and favorite recipes. I've tested it.
My 3 flour blend is a gluten-free alternatives to regular or wheat flour. It's perfect for people with celiac disease, non-celiac gluten sensitivity or those who just want to avoiding gluten. This gluten-free blend has more nutrients than many store bought blends, making it a healthier choice.
Directions:
In a large bowl, blend all the flours tougher and gently mix until completely blended. I keep mine in a glass storage container in my refrigerator.
Note: All my flour ingredients are organic whenever possible.
