This is my all-time go-to green drink. I usually have all the ingredients at home, so it's easy for me to blend up and enjoy. This is filling and well satiating due to the avocado and chia seeds. Yum.

Antioxidants are packed into this green drink. It is an excellent source of many vitamins, minerals, and is incredibley nutritious. The nutrient dense drinnk can improve oxidative stress, eye health, and blood pressure.

Directions:
Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth. If it's too thick for your taste, blend with ice or add a little more water. A nice variation is to use coconut milk instead of the water.

Note: I use all organic ingredients whenever I can.
