Most conventional mayos use nasty ingredients and unhealthy oils. Enjoy this healthy alternative. It's so tasty! You may never buy another store brand ever again! 😉
Add all ingredients together except the oil. Using the emersion blender blend all ingredients well adding in the oil very slowly, until thickened. Leave blender at the bottom until you see white mayo forming. Pull up with the blender to incorporate the oil and emulsify together. Place the mayo into a large wide-mouth glass jar or cup. Keep it in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
