My ladies bookclub gals were chatting about homemade dressings. This fantastic recipe was given to me by my sweet friend, Renae. She said it was the BEST ranch dressing she's ever tasted. I agree! I hope that you do too! Enjoy the delicious flavor, my friends!

In a large bowl, literally, dump all the ingredients together.
Using an emulsion stick blender, blend until smooth.
Add in a few extra finely chopped parsley leaves to make a beautiful look. Don't pulverize.
Place the dressing into a pretty glass container and serve with your favorite salad or use for a veggie dip.
Keep refrigerated.

Use your imagination. This quick and easy dip tastes amazing on almost everything.

Note: I use all organic ingredients whenever possible.
