This recipe is so delicious and easy. I always purchase wild-caught fish, I hope that you do likewise. Wild-caught fish are full of great nutrients due to the fact that their diet is wild. Please stay away from farmed fish. They are fed a toxic diet of GMO corn which means you will be eating the same.

If you are in a pinch for time, make sure you make up the crab mix ahead of time. You gotta love these make-ahead dinners. It's so simple, so fantastic, not to mention this recipe is Keto friendly.

Preheat oven at 400 degrees F.
-Mix up crab meat, onion, mayo, parsley, garlic, lemon juice. Mix well together and salt and pepper to taste.
-Layout the salmon on a large baking sheet.
-Arrange the crab mixture lengthwise down the middle of the salmon. Starting from the thinner edge of the filet, fold over the long way.
-Whisk together the melted butter and lemon zest.
-Brush the lemon butter over the top of the salmon.
-Sprinkle lightly with sea salt and black pepper.
-Use toothpicks to hold salmon together if necessary.
-Bake for about 20 minutes until fish flakes easily.
-Cut crosswise into individual servings.

Note: I use all organic ingredients whenever possible.
