 1 cup coconut milk, whole organic milk or raw milk
 ½ cup frozen pineapple
 1 small organic banana
 1 tbsp coconut oil
 ½ tsp ground turmeric
 12 tsp Ceylon cinnamon ground
 ½ tsp ground ginger
 1 tsp chia seeds
 1 tsp moringa powder
