Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Yields1 Serving
 3 large ripe avocados
 ¼ cup high quality organic cacoa powder
 6 tbsp full fat coconut milk
 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 1 tbsp coconut oil
 2 tbsp raw honey
 1 tsp cinnamon

This pudding is decadent and delicious not to mention Keto and Paleo friendly. The smooth texture will tempt the entire family. It's indulgent, but so healthy. So, go ahead and enjoy this easy-to-put-together dessert.

In a blender or food processor place all ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Spoon into individual serving size glasses.
Cool them in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes.

Feel free to add chopped roasted almonds or pistachios to the top for a beautiful crunchy finish.

Note: I use all organic ingredients whenever possible.
