This pudding is decadent and delicious not to mention Keto and Paleo friendly. The smooth texture will tempt your entire family. It's indulgent, but so healthy. So, go ahead and enjoy this easy-to-put-together dessert.
Avocados are super nutritious. They contain a wide variety of nutrients, including 20 different vitamins and minerals. An avocado is made up of monounsaturated oleic acid associated with reduced inflammation and shown to have many wonderful heart healthy effects for our body.
Directions:
In a blender or food processor place all ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Spoon into individual serving size glasses.
Cool them in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes.
Feel free to add chopped roasted almonds or pistachios to the top for a beautiful crunchy finish.
Note: I use all organic ingredients whenever possible.
