  cup yogurt
 ½ cup whole milk, almond or coconut
 2 tbsp lemon juice
 ¾ cup gorgonzola blue cheese
 salt and pepper to taste

My husband asks for this tangy, delicious dressing over and over again!

So, go ahead and top your perfect salad with my creamy and chunky blue cheese dressing. A balanced flavor, with a great creamy and chunky balance.
