Beet Walnut Salad

 6 cups fresh salad greens (use your favorites)
 9 oz jar of small beets, halved
 ½ cup dried cranberries
 ½ cup roasted walnuts, unsalted
 ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
 4 oz goat cheese

Super simple and delicious. This beautiful salad is a snap to assemble. It boasts of beautiful color. Assembling this creates a gorgeous presentation on your table - one sure to be irresistible to your dinner guests.

This salad is packed with vitamins and minerals! Beets are known to reduce blood pressure while kicking your gallbladder into action. Directions:

1. In a large bowl, place your favorite greens down, enough for four people.
