26 Sep Almond Flour Crust

Gosh, it's taken me a while to formulate a really good almond flour crust. This one is keto friendly. It's easy, easy, easy to make up ahead. I like to have several of these in my freezer at all times.
Almond flour is a terrific bang for your buck and the ideal alternative for a gluten-free diet. This delicious crust high in protein, made from ground almonds and won't send your blood sugar skyrocketing. Just say yum!
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 350 °F.
2. Mix all ingredients in a food processor,. Mix until it until a bell forms.
3. Dump the almond pie crust dough onto the pie plate and spread thin.
(The almond flour pie crust will thicken, so you can press it thin).
4. Bake the crust at 350 °F for about 8-10 minutes.
Note: This can be stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days if made in advance or frozen for several months.
