ABOUT LAURIE

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner NTP, I am passionate about educating clients off of the sugar merry-go-round, while fine-tuning the digestive system.

Carl Jung defined someone like me as a wounded healer.

That’s someone who is compelled

to treat others because they themselves were once wounded.

WHY NUTRITIONAL THERAPY?

A core principle of being a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner NTP is to assist you in recognizing that you are a unique bio-individual. As an NTP, I will teach you a food first approach and work on dietary foundations. Together we will work on the systems of the body, not just the symptoms.  I have been trained to teach you to take responsibility for your own health. You will learn to set achievable wellness goals and proper lifestyle changes. I will empower you to acquire a deeper understanding of your personal nutritional goals and gaps, gaining optimal wellness.
